During the course of his 20+ years in practice, John Wisz had the opportunity to work with and develop relationships some of the brightest and most accomplished people in the practice of construction auditing, consulting and training.  Since starting his own audit and consulting firm, John has maintained these “strategic” relationships with the following organizations. We have chosen to include them on our website because of a personal relationship that Mr. Wisz has with the principal of each firm. And, we believe that each firm has unique strengths and attributes that make them successful. Specifically, even though most of these organizations are competitors of ours (technically speaking), we endorse them as an option for any Owner who may be looking for a specific skill set in construction. If WiszCo cannot fully satisfy the construction audit and consulting needs of a prospective client, then we highly recommend the use of any of these firms and believe each to be a fully capable and qualified service provider in their chosen field of expertise. Lastly, should the need ever arise to co-source an audit (for whatever reason), we could easily and cohesively work with any of these organizations.

Our consulting firm provides construction contract cost control advisory services for "Owner" organizations throughout the United States. Typical clients include Owner organizations contracting with design firms, construction management firms and construction contractors to build new facilities and/or renovate existing facilities.
 
 
Our goal during each engagement is to provide quality services that reduce construction costs and is responsive to our client's needs. Our sole objective is to add value to each project that we are involved with. We offer several distinct advantages in expertise and service. The Principals of CCM Group have been employed by contractors and real estate developers and have first hand knowledge of the construction industry. This working knowledge and hands-on experience allows us to provide professional and cost efficient services. During our engagements, we make every effort to preserve our client's relationship with the contractor. We conduct an open discussion with the contractor at the completion of our fieldwork, which encourages quick resolution of audit issues and maintains good relations with the contractor. We provide services only to owners and builders of construction projects. Our services are wholly devoted to providing the owner and builder with a team that has their concerns in mind.
