About Our Logo

The “Intertwined Rope” was chosen because it represents multiple facets that appeal to me, both personally and professionally. While simplistic in design, the logo offers much deeper multi-dimensional characteristics. I have chosen to focus on three core elements - the closed circle, the intertwined nature of the rope and the individual strands of the rope material.

The closed circle represents the nature of life and business, a continuum that never really ends. Each day brings new opportunities and challenges and while the individual lives of people and business may end, new lives, new businesses and new relationships are also just beginning. It is a journey that becomes full circle, one that seemingly has no beginning and no end. Rather, it just moves forward, each and every day.

The intertwined nature of the rope represents that people, relationships and business are intertwined. Business is only as good as its people and the relationships they develop. Ultimately, when an organization chooses to do business with another organization, they are really hiring people, not other businesses. Strong relationships are invariably based on trust and integrity - attributes that most people highly desire.

The individual strands of the rope itself represent people and the strength of the human spirit. While an individual “strand” may be strong, several strands bonded together in a team-oriented environment often provide for even greater strength. Like a rope, people can unravel or become frayed. But, people can also be renewed, revitalized and strengthened through encouraging relationships with others. Like rope, with the proper care and nurturing, people can truly last a “lifetime”.

Collectively, the “Intertwined Rope” represents that business is all about relationships and the individual strands of people that comprise those relationships. Relationships and people will always remain fundamentally important to any successful business.
